Have you ever had problems with an LCD television cutting off by itself? 10 pnts to BA… ?
Have a Samsung HD LCD tv that is cutting off by itself from time to time. It will stay off anywhere from 20 seconds to a full 5 minutes and then come back on. Sometimes it will continue to do so for a few hours then after some rest it will be ok for awhile. Other times it will operate perfectly fine for a few days without any issue at all. We tried changing the power outlet it was plugged in to and this seemed to temporarily fix the problem for a few days but it started happening again. Anyone know what might be happening?
Was it a lengthy repair job or did you get it back fairly quickly?
There is some sort of power over load relay that goes bad. I had 62″ projection tv that did the same thing. Took it in and that’s what they said. It was still under warranty so it cost me nothing to repair but good luck with it.
