Just bought a Sony Bravia 52″ TV for £1295.00 Remote looks cheap and nasty, the design of the TV is very poor?
In fact the TV is just a bland rectangle with a stripe at the bottom. The LED’s on the front for power etc look like the ones I used to mess with in 1990 in electronics class.
If I ran the Sony design department and the designer showed me his work for the Sony Bravia 52″ I would fire him immediately. Can’t complain about the screen though. If you are considering a large LCD TV, avoid Sony, consider LG, panasonic, Samsung. The TV has do flair, and no effort anywhere in the design.
Also would you believe this? It actually says in the instruction manual, “Do not throw things at the television” Are you kidding me? At that price??
It was a model of TV not available in stock at any physical store so I bought it online, the 52″ screen was the problem
Truth is I have a awesome LG LCD but the remote is also really cheesy, But I got a
good deal on it, also you can buy a universal remote which is no big deal, I don’t give
2 shits about the remote as long as I can have great picture.
