What the best way to cut down glare on a rear projection tv?
The best way is to adjust the lighting and/or position of the TV as much as possible to avoid direct reflections of light sources to the viewing area.
There is a spray-on anti-glare coating called GlareBuster (link below); I’ve never used it or seen it, though.
