Cracked Tv?
I have a sony 40″ Projection LCD/DLP Television.
A little while ago my son and his friends were playing Wii tennis, and one of them slammed down too hard and the battery came flying out and hit the TV.
Now there is a small but VERY noticeable crack in my screen. Probably about 2 1/5 inches wide.
Is there any way that I can get this repaired. How much would it cost? Where could it be done?
Also, my warranty doesn’t cover physical damage (not surprising…)

Yes, the Lenticular Screen is available from Sony….
Some Lenticular screens can be as low as $160 and some may go as high as $250…mostly related to the size of your TV screen….
However, IF you have an LCD PANEL TV set (less than 6 inches front to back) then that LCD panel is VERY costly !
I sure hope you have an LCD projection TV set…the back of the TV is angled for the mirror at the top rear of the set.
